These hydrostatic test pumps are quick and reliable pressure test plumbing machines, excellent for testing leakage and integrity. They are fully tested, serviced and ready for use. These units pressure test the integrity of pipes and plumbing as required by local codes.
The user is able to pump water into a closed pipeline system (hydrostatic testing), set and lock the pressure, and test to see if there are any leaks in the pipeline system. Hydrostatic test pumps are ideal for city maintenance, contractors or rental yards.

DP Diaphragm series
The Diaphragm series hydrostatic line tester pumps are large volume, medium pressure test pumps, with flow rates up to 56 GPM, and pressures ranging to 600 PSI, designed to test large diameter water lines up to 96". EXCLUSIVE, to this triple diaphragm pump is technology where
pressure is spread across the entire
face of the diaphragm virtually
eliminating torn, damaged diaphragms. Another design upgrade is the inlet suction diaphragm assembly,
eliminating the concern for ruptured
diaphragms caused by pressure
feeding, is now a separate assembly
from the pump, which can be added at
any time.
Applications Include: The diaphragm design allows
for the handling of up to a 10 chlorine
solution, and the ability to be run dry
without damaging the pump. A large
volume, medium pressure test pump,
this unit is recommended for testing up
to 24” diameter lines.

Piston Roller Series
Both these models are mid volume, medium hydrostatic test pumps, designed for testing lines up to 16 inches in diameter. On the R-DE-3C, a pulsation damper hose reduces liability while increasing operator safety. Polypropylene rollers (standard on R-RP-2C) afford exceptional smooth operation, and minimal maintenance with no valves to repair or replace. The pressure regulator with inlet bypass allows for precise setting of test pressure reducing pump wear, and minimizing repair costs. A Wheel & Handle Kit accessory is available and can be added to these units at any time.
Applications Include: This pump is a must for the plumbing and landscaping contractor.

Hydrostatic EL Electric Series
The EL-series is a low volume medium pressure line of hydrostatic test pumps designed for testing any small water line or pressure system. This lightweight compact design combines the versatility of indoor/outdoor use along with simple operation. Standard power sources include, 1 HP, 50/60 HZ, 115 volt, 15 amp electric motor. Thanks to its stainless steel vibration dampening liquid-filled gauge, smooth and accurate readings become the rule, not the exception. Electric motors are available in varieties of phase, voltages and explosion proof models.
Applications Include: The EL-series test pumps are ideal for testing sprinkler systems, irrigation lines, plant piping and pressure vessels.

HP Pneumatic Series
The HP-Series of pneumatic hydrostatic test pumps are compact, versatile, air driven units, designed for testing environments where dangers of spark or explosion are prevalent. The pneumatic series utilizes a reciprocating air driven plunger assembly. Designed for maximum performance and to withstand the test of time, these easy to use pumps are made with premium high pressure fittings and components, and are protected in a steel roll cage. The stainless steel liquid-filled gauge ensures accurate readings with less flutter.

Pressure Feed Tanks eliminate the need for hauling a 55-gallon drum from test site to test site. Pressure Feed Tanks save time, labor, repair, and maintenance costs.

- Simple and "Fool Proof" - describes the unique pressure feed tank accessories. This heavy duty polypropylene tank allows the pressure feeding of diaphragm pumps, normally requiring suction or gravity feed only. There is an on/off float valve for water level control, and a chemical additive opening on the top of the tank for easy chlorination or other chemical treatment of the test environment. All diaphragm models are tank ready and this accessory can be added at any time!

These hydrostatic pipeline tester units are Honda powered, with an adjustable pressure from 10 PSI to 580 PSI and 10.5 GPM for maximum hydrostatic testing performance. They are fully tested, serviced and ready for use. These units pressure test the integrity of pipes and plumbing as required by local codes. The unique "Oil Bath" crankcase and diaphragm design allow liquid chlorine to be introduced to sanitize pipes while not damaging pump.
These hydrostatic test pump machines allow the user to test line pressure on a system for up to 580 PSI.
