I just used the water sand blaster today. It performed better than I anticipated because my pressure washer is one of the smaller Landa units. It pulled the silica sand with no problem and blasted away the old paint on a steel bed frame very quickly.

I was also pleased and surprised by how quickly the unit arrived after I ordered it. I bought the blaster so I could sand blast steel parts for the electric assist bike trailer I am building and eventually a small electric car.

The box arrived unmarred, showing there would be not damage inside, it also arrived within the time frame indicated. I was concerned how I was going to receive the box, and the shipping company called me to make an appointment. The driver was right on time, and he handled the box gently.

My brother was very excited when he opened the box."cool!!!". He put everything together, and he operated it for me. My husband ordered it while overseas during his deployment, and he happened to call after all the work I wanted done was completed. My brother told him how "sweet" it was. MEN!!!!!

So far I am very pleased with the pressure washer I ordered. I was hesitant to make a purchase of this size via the internet, but I got exactly what I ordered, and the washer is performing as it should. The price of this unit could not be beat at the time by any other dealer, locally or anywhere in the country. I pleaded with my local pressure washer dealer, but they would not deal on a comparable washer, and subsequently lost a potential sale. My pressure washer arrived promptly and was packed securely. A review of the washer showed all systems in order and fluid levels topped off.

My previous experiences with pressure washers had been disappointing. For example, my father-in-law purchased a pressure washer at Lowe's. It was a 2500 psi unit from a reliable manufacturer. His washer had several problems including a difficult starting engine, low volume spray, leaky connections, erratic spray pattern, pulses in spray volume. There had to be a better washer.

I decided to give Ultimate Washer a try and bought a 2500 psi unit. The washer started up quickly and the engine has proved very reliable - no leaky connections, spray pulsations, or inconsistent spray patterns. The Ultimate Washer cut cleaning time by 75%. It's large wheels and low profile make portability simple. It just works and that's all I ever wanted in a pressure washer.

I am really glad I purchased the surface cleaner. It is truly a time saver and after comparing other surface cleaners with a similar name I got a great produce at the best price. I am affiliated with a large homeowner association in Miami-Dade County and they just purchased a 16'' surface cleaner for considerably more than I paid for mine. I did a GOOGLE search on cleaning cement and read intently about this "buffer looking thing" that connected to a pressure washer and did away with ZEBRA stripes forever. Shortly thereafter I landed on the URL of Ultimate Washer and liked what I saw. [...]

On Monday the 14th of April 2005, I called Ultimate Washer and ordered the 16" Whirlaway. The whole deal didn't take two minutes, the man who answered the phone, Victor, knew what he was doing and knew his product. Victor promised to get the Whirlaway to me as quickly as he could.......it arrived in Charleston S.C. two days later on the sixteenth. [...]

This product is well built, you don't have to be Einstein to run it, moving parts are at a minimum and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. What more could one ask ?

Overall my experience with Ultimate Washer Inc has been very favorable. I did a lot of research before purchasing my pressure washer and this research included looking through the web and browsing in retail stores to get the right washer. I decided on Ultimate Washers because of a number of factors:

1. You had the product I was looking for - not many other retailers had the specification I needed.
2. Your web site was very easy to navigate.
3. Your prices are very competitive
4. You did not charge for the shipping.

After I submitted my order I received quick delivery and the product was exactly what I was looking for. This encouraged me to make another purchase so I went back to your web site to order a 24 ft extension wand.

I had one negative comment about this order. The wand got delivered without the necessary adapter to connect the wand to my pressure washer. I called your office and the rep agreed to send me the adapter. What disappointed me was that I was charged for this. I did not expect to receive an additional charge for something that should have come with the wand.

Otherwise, I am a happy customer.
