EPDM Rubber Squeegees

Non-marking rubber squeegees are equipped with high-grade EPDM rubber blades in a variety of sizes ranging from 14”-48” in gray and red blades. EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is used because of its chemical resistance; its ability to function in extreme temperature; and also its ozone, polar, and weather resistant capabilities. EPDM rubber is also an excellent choice when silicone must be avoided. Frames in the non-marking lines are constructed from steel with rounded edges for protection and safety. 1400 and 2100 Line of floor squeegees are engineered with superior push/pull performance, made to last longer than the mess.

APPLICATIONS: Non-marking floor squeegees are primarily used on light-colored floors to avoid scuffmarks. 1400 and 2100 Line of rubber squeegees are recommended for use in hospitals, restaurants, packing houses, and food processing plants. The EPDM squeegee blade is also excellent for use in cleanup applications involving acetone and butanone, better known as MEK. Industrial floor squeegees may be used with our line of all purpose cleaners.

RED vs. GRAY: Ultimately there is no difference between the EPDM rubber compound in the red and the gray blades; it is purely up to the consumer on which color best suits them.

CURVED: We recommend a curved floor squeegee when moving large amounts of liquid.
