  • Normal shipping is by UPS or Freight. If the product is in stock it will ship on the next business day; otherwise you will be notified about the lead time.
  • Some of our shipping locations do not utilize US postal service. If the item you have selected is coming from these locations and you chose USPS as your desired shipping method, it may delay delivery and incur additional inbound Freight charges. If this applies, we will notify you for authorization before we proceed.
  • All orders $69.00 or more are shipped FREE of charge within the Contiguous USA. Orders less than $69.00 ship with a flat rate charge of $8.95 inside the continental USA.
  • Freight carriers sometimes charge a one time residential fee that the customer is responsible for (not included in shipping). Usually the residential fee is around $35.00.
  • The freight carrier will call you to schedule delivery after the product has shipped.
  • If customer is not available to schedule a delivery time the product will be returned to us and the customer is responsible for re-shipping charges.
  • If the customer decides they do not want the product after shipment they are responsible for all shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.
  • All special freight carrier requests such as; inside delivery, lift gate, arrival notification, residential delivery, sort and segregate, help unloading and redelivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs posted online. The customer will have to pay any additional fees for these special requests or redelivery fees. A redelivery fee will apply if the item travelling by freight cannot be delivered on the first attempt; even if the second attempt is on the same day.
  • There will be an appointment fee (different than arrival notification fee) for freight deliveries if the carrier needs to work around the customer's schedule.
  • There may be a hazardous materials fee where applicable.
  • There may be limited access fees for military bases, campuses, prisons and hospitals.
  • Customer must inspect the product(s) at the time of delivery for damage. If severe damage has occurred please refuse the product and call us so that we may ship out a replacement ASAP. If there is a broken part please call us with the part number and serial number and we will have a replacement part shipped to you ASAP.
  • We can ship some products in large quantities to Alaska & Hawaii, but shipping costs vary and must be quoted by phone.
  • Once a product is shipped we cannot cancel an order.
  • California Disclaimer: Some Honda engines do not adhere with your state’s carb compliance requirements. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure if they are allowed to use a particular Honda engine in their state.

Same Day Shipment When...

  • When you call for solution advice, we'll not only suggest what fits your application, we'll immediately check if we have it here in our inventory. And we'll check if we have the model, system set up, type of accessory, etc. that you're considering.
  • If we have it in inventory, and you've called us before 3 pm Eastern, we can usually ship it that same day! If not, we'll ship it the next day. If you need same day shipping, don't hesitate to ask for it.
  • If we need to drop ship it direct from the manufacturer, we'll make sure it's shipped within 2 business days.
  • In either case, right while you're on the phone we'll confirm the situation so you know what to expect before you complete your order! (We can do that if you call before 5 pm Eastern.)
  • Then once it's shipped, we track without any effort on your part to confirm there's no hitch.
  • If the product needs to be manufactured or has a lead time, we will notify you accordingly.

International Shipping Policy

We Ship orders within two business days via the United States Postal Service & United Parcel Service (UPS).

Products that ship from outside the US may be subject to import duties.

We always include signature tracking on Standard and Priority Mail and package tracking on Express Mail. Shipping charges are based upon weights and Real Time USPS and UPS shipping calculators + a small handling fee. The rates can be viewed during the checkout process. Please see our Ordering page for details on our ordering and return policies.

Orders shipping to a destination outside the U.S. that are being sent to a freight forwarding service within Florida must pay sales tax. Once a Bill of Lading is provided to Ultimate Washer showing delivery out of Florida , a refund of the tax paid initially will be credited. Due to this policy, we must obtain a credit card to credit at the time of order being placed. An exception can be made only if a tax exempt certificate is supplied.

Duty/ taxes are still owing when shipping international via UPS Worldwide Expedited, Express, Express Plus or any other freight company.

UPS Customs Brokerage provides customs clearance for shipments entering Canada, including all other modes of transportation such as truck, rail, air and ocean freight.

Q) Do you ship internationally?

Ultimate Washer Inc. is pleased to ship to hundreds of countries worldwide. If UPS or the US Post Office delivers to your country, we will usually ship to it. We can even ship on your DHL account.

Q) How do I determine shipping rates?
A)
There is no obligation to purchase unless you complete the transaction; so feel free to add things to your shopping cart. If you would like to place a large order, please e-mail us and ask us to quote the shipping. For large orders, we are often able to save considerable sums on shipping costs.

Q) How long will it take to deliver?
A)
We ship out our international orders quickly. If an item is in stock, it will normally be sent out the next day. After that, it depends on the method of delivery you have chosen when you placed your order. For Europe, it can take as little as 3 days and as long as one to two months depending on the method of shipping selected.

Q) Can I get a tracking number for my shipment?
A)
We strongly suggest you select a shipping option that provides a tracking number. Without a tracking number, there is a greater risk of an order getting lost.

Q) What payments does Ultimatewasher.com accept for International orders?
A)
We accept Paypal or, in some cases, credit cards. If you live in a low risk country, and you are placing a small order and we are shipping to the address listed on your credit card then we will usually just charge your credit card. In many other cases, we require payment in advance via wire transfer or Paypal. Please feel free to place your order. If we require a wire transfer, we'll contact you immediately. If you live in a high risk country, the easiest and cheapest payment method is Paypal.

Q) Does Ultimatewasher.com have a location in my country?
A)
We currently have office and warehouse in the US. Most of the shipments originate from this location.

Q) Can I become a distributor for Ultimatewasher.com?
A)
We are currently looking for distributors. If you are interested, please feel free to fill out our online application.

Q) Will I still have to pay duties on my package?
A)
Duties are not included in our pricing. All importation charges will be paid by you.

Q) When picking a shipping method for APO or FPO address, which country do I select?
A)
Always select the United States as the country of destination so the proper shipping options are presented.
