• Operating fluid capacity: 40 gallons.
• Parts are scrubbed by a hand-held brush under a flush hose
• Parts rest on the shelf above fluid level or may be soaked in solvent below
• Cleaning fluid is circulated through a foam filter to trap finer particles that make it past the sludge collector
• The sludge collector contains a dual element foam filter to help the larger volume of fluid remain free of contaminants for extended cleaning fluid life
• A versatile small parts basket keeps even the smallest of parts within easy reach
• In addition to the solvent recirculation pump, the PL424 features an air manifold which agitates the solvent to loosen dirt and pre-clean parts
• Metal grate keeps parts off tank bottom to expose all surfaces to agitating solvent.
• A two-piece sliding, solid metal shelf extends over the entire tank to provide a 36" x 21-1/2" work surface as well as to reduce solvent loss due to evaporation
• Sliding the right shelf over the left creates an 18" x 21-1/2" soak tank with an equal size work area
• Or store both shelves in the side pocket to open the entire tank.
• Air flow meets EPA standards, and a unique safety device cuts off air flow to the manifold in event of fire
• A fusible link safety cover, centrifugal pump, air agitation manifold, telescoping shelves, removable sludge collector, metal grate, bottom drain, and metal flush hose are standard with the PL424
