Check out our pressure washer filters

Today I'm going to be talking about preventive maintenance with water inlet filters. Water inlet filters are a great way to protect your pump. Just a little 'specs' on the item: It's got a max flow of eight gallons per minute, and the max pressure for one of these is one hundred forty five PSI, so they're easy to use with a lot of different washers. It's got a die cast metal housing, it's really sturdy. It's got a plastic cap on the top with an Allen key fitting in the center. You're going to unscrew that Allen key and you want to clean your screen out on these things every once in a while to make sure there's no particle buildup on the mesh screen, which happens to be stainless steel, so you don't have to replace it very often. It's going to be a long lasting product. The water inlet filter's got a three quarter inch garden hose inlet which would be on the inlet side of your pump. That's going to be where your water supply goes into. The other side is a half inch outlet which is a male plug and that attaches to the pump or the hose. If you notice on the part, it's got two little nuts on the bottom. You can unscrew those and put a bypass valve on either side of the filter, if you have a bypass hose for your machine. Water inlet filters are a great way to protect your asset of your pressure washer.
