I am delighted with the power washer which I ordered from Ultimate several months ago. The delivery was quick and easy. The assembly took only 15 minutes. It was easy and natural to use. It is powerful, fast, and reliable. The design is robust and suitable for efficient maintenance.

I was especially pleased with Ultimate because of my bad experience with one of the brand names marketed for homeowners. That unit was cheaply made and failed after two days!

So, take my advice and invest enough money to get a quality, commercial machine from honest pros like Ultimate.

I just used the water sand blaster today. It performed better than I anticipated because my pressure washer is one of the smaller Landa units. It pulled the silica sand with no problem and blasted away the old paint on a steel bed frame very quickly.

I was also pleased and surprised by how quickly the unit arrived after I ordered it. I bought the blaster so I could sand blast steel parts for the electric assist bike trailer I am building and eventually a small electric car.

"We were pleased with the process of ordering and the producet was delivered in a timely manner. The instructions for installation and use were easy to understand and the machine simple to use. We find that it cleans very effectively and, with the extra length of hose we ordered, we're able to use it indoors and outdoors, which makes kennel and cage cleaning so much easier. Our goal was to install a system that would make our kennel cleaner, healthier and cut down on the time. First I want to thank you the service in your office insuring the equipment we ordered was in fact the equipment on the invoice.

The box arrived unmarred, showing there would be not damage inside, it also arrived within the time frame indicated. I was concerned how I was going to receive the box, and the shipping company called me to make an appointment. The driver was right on time, and he handled the box gently.

My brother was very excited when he opened the box."cool!!!". He put everything together, and he operated it for me. My husband ordered it while overseas during his deployment, and he happened to call after all the work I wanted done was completed. My brother told him how "sweet" it was. MEN!!!!!

So far I am very pleased with the washer I ordered. I was hesitant to make a purchase of this size via the internet, but I got exactly what I ordered, and the washer is performing as it should. The price of this unit could not be beat at the time by any other dealer, locally or anywhere in the country. I pleaded with my local pressure washer dealer, but they would not deal on a comparable washer, and subsequently lost a potential sale. As a small business owner myself, I try to support other local businesses, but a true twenty percent savings on a major purchase is hard to disregard. I feel like I got a real bargain.

I recently purchased a rotary nozzle from you for power washing. Along with the telescoping wand these accessories have clearly been the best upgrade to increase productivity and produce better results. The rotary nozzle is just like using a scrub brush without the effort. It truly scrubs the surface with virtually no damage.

My pressure washer arrived promptly and was packed securely. A review of the washer showed all systems in order and fluid levels topped off.

My previous experiences with pressure washers had been disappointing. For example, my father-in-law purchased a pressure washer at Lowe's. It was a 2500 psi unit from a reliable manufacturer. His washer had several problems including a difficult starting engine, low volume spray, leaky connections, erratic spray pattern, pulses in spray volume. There had to be a better washer.

I decided to give Ultimate Washer a try and bought a 2500 psi unit. The washer started up quickly and the engine has proved very reliable - no leaky connections, spray pulsations, or inconsistent spray patterns. The Ultimate Washer cut cleaning time by 75%. It's large wheels and low profile make portability simple. It just works and that's all I ever wanted in a pressure washer.

Funny, the two pressure washers are rated at exactly the same pressures and volumes yet perform so differently. Regards,

I am really glad I purchased the surface cleaner. It is truly a time saver and after comparing other surface cleaners with a similar name I got a great produce at the best price. I am affiliated with a lage homeowner associstion in Miami-Dade County and they just purchased a 16'' surface cleaner for considerably more than I paid for mine. I purchased a 4000psi power washer with a telescoping wand and a sand blast attachment. I had no idea of what to buy until I was educated buy your web page.The web site explained the differences in PSI and GPM and what is needed for your particular situation.The power washer shipped on time and was priced right.I did not need the sand blast attachment and I returned it with no problems.I am very satisfied with the product and would buy again.

I did a GOOGLE search on cleaning cement and read intently about this "buffer looking thing" that connected to a pressure washer and did away with ZEBRA stripes forever. Shortly thereafter I landed on the URL of Ultimate Washer and liked what I saw. [...]

I did receive my order within a respectable timeframe. I am pleased with the machine and the accessories. My comments regarding improvement would be faster response to my questions and inquiries. My pressure washer was shipped freight but no follow-up for a customer to know who the freight company it was shipped through and any tracking information. I had to call Victor to find out the information. I think this is one part of your business you could greatly benefit if you provide this information to the customer without the customer having to follow up. I too have doubts about internet ordering especially if I do not know of that company or had business dealings before. I did take a chance on your company because I spoke to Victor but I would have had a much better experience if the aforementioned topics were in place to eliminate any doubts about ordering through your company.

Now that I know that I will receive my order in a timely manner, I will continue to do business with you. I am glad you are asking for suggestions for improvement. Unless, you find out what customers want can you really begin to build your business reputation.

Your web site came up along with other sites, I liked your telescoping wand 8 foot to 24 foot. It was in my price range and your free shipping hocked me. I had it in 3 days ups.
