Make your power washer into a sludge, slurry or water evacuation tool. Pressure energy from the spray of a pressure washer wand creates suction that pulls water, up to 87 GPM, through a heavy wall discharge hose. The unit attaches to the end of a your lance with a quick coupler for extension to the bottom of the pit. Supplied with a 0 degree nozzle for suction / power ejection. Extraction rate is up to 15 times your pressure washer flow rate!
Sludge Sucker uses a high pressure water stream (1000-4000 PSI) to suck the sludge off the bottom of pits or tanks and eject it through a 1-1/2" (15 FT. long) hose to a disposal tank.
The Sludge Pump is a great tool for cleaning up water and slurries. Simply attach the pressure line from a portable power washer or car wash bay. The water flowing through the high pressure nozzle creates a powerful venturi suction that vacuums up slurry solutions. Debris as large as 3/4" will pass through the casting and out the discharge hose.
The base unit attaches to the end of a pressure washer lance with a 1/4 inch quick coupler for extension to the bottom of the pit. Uses a 0 tip for suction/power ejection. Base unit measures 6" long and 4" wide.
Min/max water flow: 36 PM - 86 PM
Min/max pressure: 1000 PSI - 4000 PSI
Uses standard 1/4" MPT nozzle
Easy to change for different plumbing system flows and pressures.
4.5 orifice MEG Spray Nozzle
Vacuums up liquid slurries at a ratio of about 1:11 (Example: using 4 GPM will produce an output of 44 GPM
High pressure creates more lift (Example: 1000 psi will lift water 10 feet while the max. 4000 psi will lift it 30 feet.)
Cleans up solutions/slurries without damage to your pressure pump.

Start by attaching the quick connect fitting on the muck scupper attachment to the end of your wand. Submerge the scupper into the water and press the trigger on your gun. The nozzle at the end shoots in reverse down the provided discharge hose to evacuate water at the impressive rate of more than 90 galons per minute. Make your pressure washer a high volume water removal pump in as little as 20 seconds.
You can also use the muck scupper as a sump pump to remove mud, paint, or chemicals without pump damage.
