The capacitor, found in the machine switchbox, may be defective. If defective, the problem with the capacitor may cause the pressure washer to stop functioning prematurely. Therefore it is highly recommended that you get this capacitor replaced immediately. There is no charge for this capacitor replacement.
You may choose one of three ways to get this capacitor replaced.
1) One, do it yourself. It is a simple operation only requiring a pair of screw drivers. We have a video on how to perform the replacement. We will send you the capacitor and the video. Telephone help is also provided by our technicians in case you get stuck.
2) Ship the pressure washer back to Dirt Killer Pressure Washers, the USA importer for Kränzle, and their technicians will change out the capacitor. Contact Patricia Webb at Dirt Killer at pwebb@dirtkiller.com, 800-544-1188, and she will make arrangements for your pressure washer tobe picked up.
