Keep the noise down with electric snow throwers

Snowthrowers can come in various sizes and shapes. They can be used for different types of applications. The two models that we offer on our website are the gas snow throwers and electric snow throwers. If you're a homeowner and you're concerned about noise and you want to be really quiet as you're operating your snowthrower, an electric model would be a good choice. We have very small, compact units that can easily store in a garage to a very wide clearing path so that if you have larger driveways or sidewalks that you need to clear, then that would be beneficial. If noise is not a consideration or you want a more durable, stronger running machine, a gas model would be a very good choice in this case.

The second thing you should consider when you're looking at choosing a snowthrower is the clearing path. How wide of a path can it clear in a single swipe? Obviously the wider the cleaning path, the more productive and quickly you may get done. But you may have smaller, narrower entrance ways or sidewalks that you need to clear where those larger units won't work well. So you should always take a look at that when you're considering what workspace you’re clearing and what you need to use it for.

Another big factor in regards to this is the ease of portability. If you have a smaller unit, you may be able to get into tighter spots and to get into narrow spaces pretty easily. And you can also move around pretty fast with it as well because it’s very tiny or small. And we do have some very compact designed units. If you're not concerned about that and you just want to get a very large unit to do a very large job quickly, then we can address that with the larger gas models. And those models have very large knobby tires for going into off-road areas, as well.

Another factor when you're looking at the sizing in the type of unit you're going to choose is where are you going to store it after season or even during season, for that matter. If you're going to keep it in a storage shed, you have to think about the fact that if it has fuel and oil and it’s in too cold of a climate, that might cause the system to freeze up. So you have to consider that.

And also in the off season, you want something that's not going to be in the way. If you have a tight garage space or shed, you want to think about that, as well. We also offer certain tools that you can use to clean the chute out.?? We have a special hand shovel to get into the chute to clear that out if it gets a blockage with ice and other debris and then thermal gloves as well to help you deal with those types of colder work areas so that you can work well with extreme cold conditions. So if you have any questions about snow throwers or anything else on our website, feel free to give us a call. We're more than happy to help you. This type of product is usually bought only one time a year, but certainly we can help you out with anything that’s relative to this at any time of year.
