Our Giant triplex plunger pumps have lifetime on manifold with 5 years guarantee on gear end and 5 years on fluid end metal parts. These pumps have ceramic pistons and stainless steel valves for long life and reliability. Manifold materials are available either in brass for most applications, or high grade stainless steel for more harsh environments like marine or offshore applications would demand.
Applications used for extreme operating conditions: Agriculture, Boiler feed, Car washing, High pressure injection, Hydrostatic line testing, Pressure washing, Reverse Osmosis (RO).

Lubrication: Prior to inital operation, add oil to crankcase so that the oil level is between the two lines on the oil dipstick. DO NOT OVERFILL. Crankcase oil should be changed after the first 50 hours of operation, then in regular intervals of 500 hours or less depending on operating conditions.
