Proportioning Valve
Automatically maintain a desired level of proportioned mixture in a drum, tank or other type of reservoir. Magnetically activated "snap acting" flow chemical valves provide full water flow to activate the chemical proportioners. There are two basic sizes to give a choice of water flows as shown in the table below. Chemical feed rate is adjusted by metering screw or metering tips. The Float valve is made of silicone plastic and is easily accessible for field maintenance. Liquid level proportioning controls are available in two flow capacities, 4 GPM or 22 GPM at 50 PSI. Either size can be used with or without a proportioner. The proportioner also allows chemicals to be inducted while the valve is open.

NOTE: All models are equipped with siphon breakers to prevent back flow into the fresh water line.

Siphon Pump

Injector/ Regulator
A new approach to chemical metering into pumping systems using pressurized water supplies. This uses vacuum to regulate line pressure and draw chemical more precisely than any other method.
