BULK ORDERS FAQ

What is Bulk Order?

A Bulk Order is an order for 12 or more of the same item number or SKU. To see the price on a given item, simply select one of the product links located at the upper left hand side of the webpage. We will respond within 48 hours or sooner from receipt of your request for a shipping quote. Pricing indicated here are only for product and do not include freight charges. We cannot accept third party freight accounts for this program. Please note: Currently we are offering bulk discount on items indicated. Any other items outside of this program may be considered on a case by case basis.

How do I ask about Bulk Orders?

Please indicate your shipping information and what parts you are interested in ordering if e-mailing your request. You can also fax your request to 561-741-2125 if you wish.

Is a Bulk Order Returnable?

No. Bulk Orders with Ultimate Washer are non-returnable. Although, if there is an issue with any of the items you order, we can issue an RMA depending on the situation. (For example, an item is damaged)

How will bulk orders ship?

Ultimate Washer will ship your bulk order directly to you. We do not offer local pickup on bulk orders.
